Imagine opening your eyes every morning and seeing the blue of the sea blending with the sky. Going out into the fresh air, coffee in hand, and feeling the sea breeze as the sun peeks over the horizon. This is how the days begin in this cosy 100 m² apartment, located in the emblematic La Roca urbanisation, in the very heart of the Costa del Sol.
The living room, spacious and bright, becomes the perfect corner to relax after a day at the beach. From its large windows, the sea views accompany you at all times. Upon opening the door, you access a magnificent terrace where time seems to stand still: three comfortable sun loungers, a table for eating outdoors, and two awnings that provide shade when the sun is intense.
And on this terrace there are some very special inhabitants that will make your stay even more memorable: two adorable turtles that have been living in the house for over 30 years. They move at their own pace —without haste, but without pause— and have their own enabled corner where they sunbathe, observe life passing by... and sometimes become the stars of the trip. They are so calm and friendly that you might even end up talking to them about your day while dining with sea views!
The kitchen is independent and is equipped with everything necessary for you to enjoy cooking as if you were at home: dishwasher, microwave oven, washing machine, ceramic hob and all the utensils you might need. Everything thought out for your comfort.
The main bedroom is a refuge facing the sea: Queen size bed, a large wardrobe, television and en-suite bathroom with a spacious shower and double washbasin. The second bedroom, also with a Queen size bed and spacious wardrobe, is ideal for friends or family. Additionally, the apartment has a second full bathroom.
The house is air-conditioned in all rooms and has free wifi so you can stay connected... if you really need it.
And as if all this were not enough, the urbanisation offers something unique: private beach access via a lift that takes you directly from the complex. It also has a communal car park for your total peace of mind.
Just five minutes walking you will find bars, restaurants, supermarkets, pharmacies, and the local train station, which comfortably connects with the airport, Málaga capital and other jewels of the coast.
Here you don't just come to sleep. You come to live the Mediterranean.

Renovated and fully equipped apartment in the La Roca urbanisation, ideal for comfortable holidays by the sea. Located on the first floor (no lift) and stands out for its brightness, views and excellent location.
The living room has a large window that opens completely, offering a beautiful view of the sea and the swimming pool. It has air conditioning, a double sofa bed, and opaque curtains for greater privacy and comfort. The open-plan kitchen is integrated into the living room and equipped with everything necessary: large fridge, washing machine, microwave, ceramic hob, coffee maker, toaster, and complete kitchenware.
The bedroom has a double bed of 160 cm, also with air conditioning and storage space. The bathroom has a bathtub with shower option, washbasin and all essential elements.
The urbanisation is quiet and safe. It has a communal swimming pool open from 15 May to 15 October, landscaped areas, private parking in a closed compound, and exclusive beach access via a lift that goes directly down to the promenade.
In the surroundings, you will find everything you need: supermarkets, bars, restaurants, and other services. The train station is just a 5-minute walk away, which makes travelling easy if you are not driving.
It is an excellent option for both weekend getaways and longer stays.
