On the main floor, two bedrooms with Queen beds offer the perfect rest after a day under the sun. One of them has an en-suite bathroom, while the second full bathroom serves the rest of the home. The fully equipped American kitchen integrates with the living room, creating an open, bright, and welcoming space, where cooking and sharing are part of the experience.

Climb up the spiral staircase and you'll reach a dream terrace: 70 m² of open sky, a private pool just for you, sun loungers, umbrellas for shade, and a sea view that hypnotises. Here the days stretch out, the nights fill with stars, and time seems to stand still.
