The Villa
The villa called Colina del Mar is located on the top of a small hill in the La Capellanía urbanization in the municipality of Benalmádena, thanks to which it has incredible views of the Mediterranean Sea and the port of Fuengirola. Its location provides an impenetrable privacy to the entire plot, and especially to the magnificent garden, which has a great variety of plants and trees and a charming pond with a viewpoint.
The housing
The house, in Mediterranean style, has a habitable area of 431 m2 on a plot of 3,757 m2. A path surrounded by sinuous cypresses leads to the entrance of the house, where in addition to a closed garage there is space for several vehicles. Once inside, the house has two floors, four double rooms with air conditioning, three full bathrooms, a toilet, a spacious living room with 65" Smart TV and direct access to the pool and garden, billiard room and a room with fireplace. The dining room is next to the porch that surrounds the pool. The garage communicates with the kitchen which is equipped with everything necessary for holidays.
Leisure, relaxation and entertainment
The enormous garden has everything necessary for adults and children to enjoy this outdoor space that includes a salt water pool with jacuzzi, ping-pong table, bar, barbecue, sun loungers, viewpoint, and extensive outdoor furniture for eating and resting with views of the sea and mountain, that is, everything necessary to enjoy. The villa has high-speed internet connection 600Mb.

The property has all the necessary appliances for short and long stays: oven, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, coffee maker, water heater and ceramic hob, as well as useful utensils and products for daily life: iron, hair dryer, cleaning products, shampoo, gel, safe, mosquito nets, different types of pillows, and necessary safety elements: smoke detector, fire extinguisher and first aid kit.
