Torremolinos Holiday Rentals presents this beautiful recently renovated and tastefully decorated studio, located in the emblematic Castillo de Santa Clara, one of the most exclusive buildings in Torremolinos.
The apartment features a fantastic private terrace from which to enjoy incredible sea views and sunshine throughout the day until dusk. Its orientation and large glazed surfaces make the accommodation especially bright and luminous.
The living room has a comfortable double sofa bed and direct access to the terrace. The bedroom area is separated from the living room by elegant glass walls and features a 1.40 x 1.90 m bed. To guarantee privacy, the room has blinds that allow it to be completely closed whenever desired.
The bathroom is equipped with a shower and the kitchen is independent and fully equipped with a ceramic hob, microwave, fridge, washing machine and all the necessary crockery and utensils to enjoy a comfortable stay.
Castillo de Santa Clara is located in a privileged location, between the beaches of El Bajondillo and La Carihuela and just a 6-minute walk from Torremolinos town centre. Its situation allows you to enjoy the tranquillity of the complex whilst at the same time having restaurants, bars, shops, supermarkets and all kinds of services within a few minutes' walk.
One of the building's great attractions is its private lift, which allows direct access to the seafront promenade and La Carihuela beach. In this way, you can go down from the complex itself to the beach area without needing to use your vehicle.
The complex also has extensive gardens and outdoor areas, a communal swimming pool and solarium with magnificent sea views. The pool is usually available between June and September, although the opening dates and times depend on the owners' association and may vary each season.
The hammocks in the pool area are chargeable and are managed directly by the community.
The building has 24-hour reception, where it is also possible to leave luggage before check-in, and has lifts to facilitate access to the different areas of the complex.
During your stay, an access chip will be provided to use certain areas of the complex. In case of loss or non-return of the chip, a replacement fee of €50 will be applied.
You do not need to have a vehicle during your stay. The location of Castillo de Santa Clara allows you to walk to the centre of Torremolinos, to La Carihuela and to the seafront promenade, whilst Torremolinos train station offers direct connections to Málaga airport and Málaga city centre.
Torremolinos Holiday Rentals provides bath and beach towels. For stays of more than 7 nights, a complimentary change of bed linen and towels is included.
If you are travelling with children, we can provide a travel cot and high chair upon request and subject to availability.
