The dwelling has been carefully decorated by an interior design studio, combining contemporary design with warm and welcoming environments. An accommodation designed for those seeking privacy, comfort and a special space to enjoy their holidays on the Costa del Sol.
On the main floor you will find a bright living-dining room integrated with a fully equipped modern American kitchen. This open space invites you to cook, share and relax after a day at the beach.
The accommodation has two bedrooms, both equipped with comfortable Queen Size beds. One of them features a private en-suite bathroom, whilst a second full bathroom serves the rest of the property.
From the main floor you can also access a small and pleasant terrace, perfect for starting the day with breakfast in the open air.
But the true highlight of the accommodation is found on the upper floor.
Through a spiral staircase you will access a spectacular private terrace of 70 m² with sea views. An authentic outdoor space designed to enjoy the Costa del Sol climate with exclusive-use private pool, sun loungers and umbrellas.
You'll be able to spend the day sunbathing, cool off in your own pool or enjoy a drink while gazing at the Mediterranean. In the evening, the terrace transforms into a perfect place to relax under the stars.
The property also has high-speed Wi-Fi, centralised air conditioning and a spacious and comfortable private parking space.
The location allows you to enjoy the tranquillity of Montemar without giving up having everything nearby. Within a few minutes you will find supermarkets, restaurants, Montemar train station and Battery Park. The beach and the promenade of La Carihuela are also just a few minutes' walk downhill. Bear in mind that the return journey from the beach is uphill.
If you travel with children, we can provide you with a travel cot and a high chair upon request and subject to availability. Minors must always be supervised by an adult when on the terrace and in the pool area.
Furthermore, we provide our guests with bath towels and pool towels. For stays longer than 7 nights, we offer a complimentary change of sheets and towels.
No parties or events are permitted and accommodation is not rented to groups of people under 25 years of age. We ask that you respect the rest of the neighbours at all times.
