It has two spacious bedrooms, both with double beds and ceiling fan. One of them has direct access to a beautiful terrace with sea views, perfect for outdoor breakfasts or sunset dinners, equipped with comfortable chairs and outdoor table.
The spacious bathroom includes a modern double sink and a large shower ideal for relaxing. In addition, the apartment has a portable air conditioning unit for greater comfort during the hottest days.
Access to the building includes a small staircase of about 14 steps, after which you can use the lift to the apartment.
Located just 5 minutes walking from La Carihuela beach, in an area surrounded by supermarkets, shops and an excellent offer of bars and restaurants, this apartment is the perfect option for a holiday by the sea.
